What to do When a Campaign is Finished

Wondering how to wrap up your campaign? This article guides you through retiring your form once it’s run its course.

To archive a form, head to the Campaign Overview page of the form that you'd like to retire. There, you’ll see the option to archive your campaign, which will wrap up your form, preventing supporters from accessing it again.

You also have the option to move your campaign back to a Draft state. This will revert your form back to it's testing state, allowing you to send more test submissions before officially contacting any recipients that have been set on your campaign.

We do not currently offer the option to permanently delete campaigns. However, archiving will ensure the form is no longer accessible to supporters while preserving any data that has been collected.

If you'd like to unarchive your campaign, you can do so by selecting the Move to Drafts option, allowing you to make changes and to relaunch the form to your supporter base.
