Once a supporter has taken an action, your action will automatically take them to a Thank You Page or you can redirect them to another relevant webpage
This feature is currently only available on our Movement Builder and Growing Organization plans.
Once a supporter has taken an action, your action will automatically take them to either one of two places : a Thank You Page where they are invited to contribute and/or share your campaign, or a Custom Redirect URL such as a volunteer info page or another campaign.
The ability to customize your Thank You Page happens on the review page of your campaign creation. If you are not on our Movement Builder or Growing Organization plan you will be invited to upgrade before you can customize your redirect.
After you select Custom Redirect URL paste the full URL you would like your supporters to be brought to, then head down to the bottom of the page to click on the 'save' button.
Since no further customization will be managed within New/Mode, you will then see the blue alert appear when reviewing the design of your Thank You page, assuring you that your supporters will be redirected...but that you can always create a New/Mode Thank you Page if preferred!
