How to invite new members to your organization and how to accept an invitation to join a New/Mode organization.

Inviting a new team member
1. On your dashboard, click on Team on the side menu.
2. Under 'Invite team member', enter the new team member's email address, change the user role if needed, then click the 'Invite member' button.
Accepting an invitation to an organization
✨ Please complete the steps below in one sitting to ensure that your account is activated properly, as leaving the process incomplete can cause your account to become blocked.
1. Check your inbox for an email from New/Mode communications with a subject line that begins with "You have been invited to", open it, and click on the link:
2. If you have a New/Mode account already, you'll be taken to the login page or, if you're already logged in, straight into your dashboard. You'll be able to select the new organization that you've been added to on the top left corner.
If you're new to New/Mode, you'll see a page where your email address pre-filled. Right below it, click the 'Create Account' button:
3. Next you'll be prompted to enter a verification code. Check your inbox for an email from New/Mode communications with the subject line "Verify your New/Mode account', open it, copy the 6-digit included, paste or enter them into the fields, and click the 'Verify' button.
4. On the next page, enter your first and last name, set a password, and click the 'Save' button.
5. To complete the process, read our community values and accept the agreement by clicking the 'OK' button.
6. Congratulations! You're now in your dashboard and ready to create your first campaign 🎉
