Setting Supporter Name as the From Name in Emails to Targets

Set your action to show each supporter's name as the sender of emails to targets.

1. On your action, open Advanced > Emails:

2. On the next page, click on 'Edit' for the first email listed:

3. Scroll down to find the 'Email from name' field:

4. Delete the [node:og-group-ref:title] token and replace with the supporter first and last name tokens [submission:values:first_name] [submission:values:last_name] (you can copy them from the field right below):

5. Click the 'Save email settings' button to save this change:

You can see that the change has been applied on the Advanced > Emails page because the email to target will now shows an empty pair of quotation marks (to be populated with each supporter's name) as the From Name instead of your organization's name:
