How do I know that a supporter’s submission has been delivered?
When supporters send emails, we get a confirmation that the API has received a message. Our rate on this is 100% because we resend until we get a confirmation.
All tools automatically send Thank You Emails to supporters once an action is complete.
You can also get additional information about whether a submission has been sent, and to where, under the Submissions tab.
