Further map your campaign data before it arrives in your integrated CRM
This feature is available for users on Movement Builder and Growing Organization plans
First things first - make sure your CRM is already connected to your organization. If you haven't set up your CRM already, here's how. Key fields can be added during the campaign creation process, near the end of the review page
Adding Key Values to a Campaign
Once you have reached the review step of your campaign, you will see the ability to optionally add key values to your campaigns. Click on 'Add Key Value Pair' which will then allow you to select or create a new key and constant value.
If you click on 'manage settings' you will instead be brought back to the Integration menu, where you can make changes to your fields or start/pause your syncing. Once a key value has been added to a campaign it can then be mapped across your new contacts on the integration page.
Organizations typically turn to key values to map where a contact has come to them from, or to determine what type of contact they are within their organization (i.e. donor, campaigner,etc).
